A professional is more than just the sum of his or her credentials and experience. My own background includes many interests and activities in addition to my work in financial planning. My wife Pam and I have been fortunate enough to travel throughout the U.S. and other countries as well. We both love the outdoors, the arts, books, and the wonderful diversity of cultural activities and cuisine found here in Santa Fe. We also share a deep appreciation of the land: its beauty, history, and diverse people. We enjoy laughing at the antics of our two cats, Kiva and Zephyr.
I am passionate about the work I do as a financial planner—taking great satisfaction from helping clients make informed and beneficial financial decisions. At the same time, I enjoy hearing about my clients’ non-financial interests. I believe financial planning (too often associated in people’s minds with more unpleasant events—such as house-cleaning and root canals) can be practiced with humor as well as an appreciation for the bigger picture.
